LEVEL 1
MACROS
Level 1 is macro-focused. We will have weekly meetings to discuss macros, teach you how to track, and provide foundational nutrition guidance.
2
LEVEL 2
TRAINING
Level 2 gives access to a 4 week training guide. With an emphasis on progressive overload, you will learn to track your progress in the gym and work with me bi-weekly on modifications and form corrections.
3
LEVEL 3
ALL-IN-ONE
Level 3 is all-encompassing. We will meet weekly to track progress and gauge how the program is working for you. You'll receive personalized workout plans tailored to your goals, and be educated on nutrition and tracking your macros.
